I have finished making the stitch of the design of the sparrow.
It was a small design, but took time by completion because I untied a thread many times.

The thread almost used the recommended thing, but changed the color of the acorn. I did a designated street stitch, but did it in a slightly dark color once again.

On a holiday of last week, we went to the outdoor bath again.
It is a hot spring of the interior of the mountain . The place of the outdoor bath was thrilling on a cliff. The color of the hot water is like the cafe au lait. It seems to be the result of the ingredient which melted into hot water.

March ornaments

It is a fast thing that time passes and is already March.

There was the trouble of the PC, and I was not able to watch blog of friends for a while. I am sorry that I cannot watch splendid update. However, the problem was settled. The operation of the current PC is good.
As you know, I do not understand much English. I do not understand the language of each European country, too. Still the wonderful blog is about to talk about something to even me.

It is the scenery of my commuting road of today. I am very weak in the driving of the snow-covered road.
However, the air of the blue sky is clear beautifully and is comfortable.

linen is tattered

The progress of the stitch of a sparrow is here.
The way of the stitch of the original center of a flower part is [one strand of floss over one threads].
I tried it several times. However, that stitch is difficult.  36ct is too small and is particular about me.
After all I gave  up, and  I decided to grind a stitch with  [two strand of floss over two threads]. 
 Because I untied it many times, the linen is tattered ┐(´-｀)┌

Spring does not come easily. Drift ice has come to the coast.
This will be the scenery which is not rare for a person living in the colder country. However, for us, it is  mysterious and very beautifull.

Hot spring of the swan

A cold day continues. I hear that a cold wave comes in many places. Is your place all right?
 I wish for  you not encountering heavy damage.

We go to the hot spring recently at every holiday. we went  to hot spring by the lakes today. Do you see that there is the steam around a swan? Ice dissolves in only a part of the lake which froze. Because a hot spring  gush forth, only here is warm.
In this cold, swan seems likes a warm place

In the Sapporo Snow Festival was being held until today.

 A photograph arrived from my daughter who went to look.

This festival is the largest in winter Hokkaido.

This is the design of snowdrop. As you know, my garden is now snow. However, Spring is came. Towards the end of March, The earliest to bloom in the garden is a  snowdrop. I think while looking forward to it, and then stitch it.

The back of the ornament

The back of the ornaments are here
I am going to use this pattern for other ornaments. However, I want to use the old clothes of each person for the birth moon of the family. I think that  not match  with Quaker, but it seems to be one's house and is not fun?

These are making processes of the Easter egg which I made before.

It is not a particularly rare thing. However, like the second image, I put a ball (pachinko ball) of iron in the part of the bottom.　Then it is easy to display it because it is hard to fall down. The third image.The plastic wrap is convenient to fix it.

I like Quaker designs.
However, it is hard to stitching  for the big sampler. This is because I use the circle frame. I do not have a scroll frame. Supporting a large cloth by hand  is  will shoulder stiffness.
In that respect, the small stitch comes in a stitch willingly.
 I want to make a big work someday...

The visitor was only us. It is comfortable to soak in warm hot water while it snows.
